AS Colour 5161 — heavyweight 320 gsm cotton/poly, boxy relaxed fit, dropped shoulder so it drapes instead of hunches. Kangaroo pocket big enough for two hands and a fidget. Has a hood, which is just a pocket for your head. Interior fleece is brushed soft and doesn’t go fuzzy-pilly after the first wash. Woven neck label is flat and smooth; banded cuffs stay where you push them. Wears in, doesn’t wear out.

F50.25 — Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). This is not about body image or dieting. Certain foods are genuinely impossible, the texture, the smell, the unpredictability of a new restaurant. Eating has always been its own complicated negotiation. This code is for the people who are sick of being called picky when what is actually happening is a sensory, medical or fear-based shutdown at the dinner table. The hat does not rate your safe food list. It is for the brains that have learned to survive on beige.

The Specs

  • Material: 80% cotton / 20% recycled polyester fleece, 320 gsm
  • Fit: Relaxed unisex, dropped shoulder
  • Hood: Lined pullover, no drawcord (no aglets to clack on your chin)
  • Pocket: Front kangaroo, two-hand capacity
  • Cuffs: Sleeve cuff ribbing
  • Label: Woven, flat, no scratchy tag
  • Print: DTF film, chest placement
  • Sourcing: Blank fabric sourced from Vietnam

Sensory Notes

Brushed fleece interior, flat woven neck label, banded cuffs that stay put. No drawcord means no flopping laces or aglets. The 320 gsm weight is heavyweight without being stiff — drapes around you, doesn’t armor over you.

Care

Machine wash cold inside-out, tumble dry low. The brushed interior tends to shed lint the first few washes — wash with similar colors to avoid visible traces.
