Most items are made to order and produced only after you place your order. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, ordering the wrong item, or changes of mind.

Damages, defects, or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Shipping issues and lost packages
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and tracking info so we can help.

Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges because items are made to order. If you want a different size or color, the fastest option is to place a new order. If your original item arrived defective or incorrect, contact us and we will fix it.
Sale items, discounts, and affiliate codes
Discounted and promotional purchases are still covered for defects and fulfillment errors. Any approved refund is for the amount paid (including discounts), plus applicable tax. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

If your order is shipped into the EU or EEA, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, but there are exceptions, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (often applicable to made-to-order printed goods). Refunds
We will notify you once your request is reviewed (and if applicable, once any return is received and inspected). If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
